Your recordings stay on your iPhone
TRACE has no account, backend, advertising, analytics or integrated AI. ECG data is never automatically sent to the developer.
What is stored
ECG signal and original H10 timestamps, pulse and RR, sensor ID, date, name and technical recording marks. Design settings and training completion are stored separately on the iPhone.
Storage and retention
Records are stored in a protected application container until you delete them. They are excluded from the TRACE backup. Uninstalling an app deletes local history; Export the necessary files in advance.
Export
PDF, CSV and source copies are created on the device. Sending occurs only through the application you select in the system menu. After sending, the rules of the selected service apply, including the AI service, if you use it yourself.
Deleting copies
Deleting an recording clears its sources and temporary TRACE exports. The remaining temporary files older than a day are cleared the next time the application is opened or exported. Already sent external copies are deleted in the service where you saved them.
Permissions
Bluetooth is needed to communicate with the H10, including when recording with the screen locked. Access can be revoked in iPhone settings. The application does not need a camera, microphone, geolocation and contacts.
Contacting support
If you contact the developer, they receive your email address and message. Do not attach ECG data unless necessary. Correspondence is used to answer your request and deleted on request unless retention is required by law.

About TRACE
TRACE records the Polar H10 signal for personal reference. It is not intended for medical use, diagnosis or treatment decisions. A recording does not replace a clinical ECG.
Website / Website-Betrieb
This static website is hosted on the developer’s server. Requests include your IP address and browser information. The TRACE site does not enable access logs; system and security logs may still be processed to operate and protect the server. No cookies, analytics, third-party fonts or recording uploads are used. If you email support, your address and message are processed to answer your request.
